"t was Wednesday 12-17-25 and my wife says the air coming from the floor vent was cold. Our location in Mid Mo. was expecting a cold snap by the weeks end. I have a home warranty to help on the cost. But that's another story. For some reason they didn't call Honest Abe's but They couldn't find anybody to come out to look into why no heat. I Called Honest Abe's around 4pm and was told someone would be out in the morning to look at the furnace. The tech was on time and well presented. He found the issue right away and unfortunately my furnace was so old the parts were not available. So I got the price to replace my furnace. I was thinking maybe next week for the install. But no. They were out the next morning and got my heat restored. Thanks to Honest Abe's for the effort and a special thanks to the techs that did the excellent install"
