"I called one day and they were going to come out after hours, but would be charged for after hours. It was cool enough to wait until the next day. Unfortunately, it needed a part that had to be ordered. Repairman came out 2 days later, early afternoon. It was fixed in under an hour. Part was covered under 12 year warranty, so only paid for service call and labor. Only issue was repairman didn't notify us either time he came. Just showed up. AC is working great. Would recommend Tom's!"
