Midwest Block and Brick - Osage Beach

"Dave is the best store manager that I have had the privilege to work with. He goes above and beyond to make sure I have the materials I need for each job I am completing. If it weren’t for Dave and his great work ethic, there would be many times I wouldn’t have the materials I need on time. I have purchased from other Midwest Block locations, but refuse to go to any other location other than Osage Beach now. I have purchased from Midwest Block for many years, spending $100,000+ in materials each year because of Dave and the friendship we have created."

"My husband and I have been talking about doing some landscape remodeling/updating at our home. We stopped in to Midwest Block and Brick to look at products. Dave helped us out and I was very impressed with his knowledge of all the products. Dave made it fun and we will be back to make our final choices with his help!"

"David at Midwest Block is one of the most customer focused people I have encountered in years! He was able to find a color of block for me from Ceasarstone and obtain a small quantity in at a reasonable cost that allowed me to "add on" to a previous project using that same block and color. Great at follow-up and communication, David went the extra mile for this small order. No one else could be bothered... and I tried everyone on and off for quite a number of months, from local to corporate offices all over Missouri. You won't go wrong working with this guy. He restored some faith that retail/wholesale customer service and product knowledge isn't completely dead. There are people that take pride in their work and go the extra mile. David is on top of that list."
