"A huge THANK YOU to the boys at Big O in Osage Beach, MO. I was travelling through late afternoon when I had a trailer tire blow out. They stayed after hours to help me with a full set of tires to get me home to Michigan. They were glad to help and didn't make me feel bad for staying late. Great service!!"

"Been a customer for over 10 yrs. I have always found friendly service here, with reasonable prices. I have seen their mechanics come and go; however, I have always found the same friendly smile, professionalism, and timely service. The one thing that keeps me coming back is how quick they get me in for a tire repair, oil change, or new tires when the shop is busy."

"I’d never been to this location, but after researching Big O’s in Osage Beach, confirmed my assumption on arrival. Greeted professionally and promptly. Shop is clean, organized with state of the art equipment to the job(s) done right. They removed a screw from a rear tire on my ‘21 Corvette and offered no charge for the service. I promptly tipped my technician, David, and promised the customer care folks that they have gained my business for my three vehicles going forward. Highly recommend this business for your automotive maintenance/repair needs. Charlie"
