Marr / Elliott & Associates – RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks

"Working with Sophia Marr was a great experience. Great knowledge across every facet of the transaction. Setting appointments to see properties, knowledge of value of specific attributes of the properties, suggestions on offer amounts, counteroffer points, suggestions for inspectors to contractors to evaluate property issues, requests for remedies from the current owners, and contracting. Just every aspect was smooth, incredibly responsive to our requests, friendly and actually excited for us in the end with a great outcome. Her value cannot be overstated. You do not need to waste your time looking, hire Sophia. There may be someone as good, but I don't know how they could be better."

"We had been looking for our dream lake home for several years. On a whim while on vacation, we wanted to see a property. Dee Dee not only showed us our first property, but also brought us to the one that we bought! She was quick to respond to any and all of our requests, even while we were in Kansas City! She was nothing short of amazing to work with and made our search very easy and seamless. She is still even helping us find people we need to help continue building our dream lakehouse! Thank you so much Dee Dee! We wish you nothing but success!"

"Matt Marr is a phenomenal realtor. He is very attentive, personable, professional and educated. We’ve had multiple transactions with him. Our experience has been one of a kind and therefore we’d never recommend or hire anyone different. Give him a call if you have real estate needs, and talk with him, he will stand out right away. He’s quickly become a friend to us and we’re so happy we hired the very best. Thank you so much to the entire team for all your work on our properties! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
